Viniyoga for Beginners (Tuesday, June 06 @ 5:45 pm)
Never tried yoga before, but want to reduce your stress levels, improve concentration, increase muscle tone, release pressure in the joints, and just feel better? In this class, we focus on the breath and moving slowly in coordination with the breath. Do you think that you’re inflexible? No worries! You’ll start to move and stretch from wherever you are, and your flexibility WILL improve! Attended class in the past but feel you’re rusty? This will be a great way to ease back into a regular yoga practice. Come do some yoga with us!
